Cox & Kings Pakistan shall be responsible to provide all services as mentioned in reserved / selected package / program on receipt of 100% pre-payment prior to departure from origin. We guarantee to operate tour with minimum 2 persons and maximum 15 persons. We always try our best not to change or alter original package as advertise on web site, however in case we are unable to follow the original itinerary due to any reason beyond the control of Cox & Kings Pakistan, like strike, riot, political disturbance, floods, earth quake, requisition of hotels / motels by government, land slides or acts of God, we shall be pleased to arrange alternate arrangements regarding itinerary / hotel accommodation of similar class, however Cox & Kings Pakistan shall not be held responsible on account of changes made due to unavoidable circumstances.
All rates for domestic tours / packages are in Pak Rupee, whereas rates for in & out bound tours, hotel and transport rates are in US Dollars. All rates are valid till expiry date as mentioned at the end of each package, however all additional or extra services, if required by buyer (s) shall be charged separately.
As a policy we always use air-conditioned vehicles for sightseeing tours and long distance transfers, hence 4WD non air-conditioned jeeps are used on mountain roads in Hunza, Skardu, Naran, Shogran and Chitral valleys.

Most of hotels on our panel offer buffet meals for specific time otherwise pre-set menus shall be provided, if meals are included in package. However, A La Carte menu is also available if package is based on bed & breakfast basis.
Rupee is local currency in Pakistan , however Euro, GBP, FFR , US $, SFR and Japanese Yen can be changed at major hotel chains or authorized money changers out lets and banks. Major credit cards i.e. American express, Visa or master cards are also accepted at various shops, hotels and restaurants.
You can buy any tour package or reserve a hotel or vehicles with 30% of total cost, whereas balance payment shall be collected 15 ~ 20 days prior to departure.
Tour Packages 100% refunds if cancelled at least 15 days prior to departure.
50% refund if cancelled 7 days prior to departure.
25% refund if cancelled 5 days prior to departure.
No refund, if cancelled 1 ~ 4 days prior to departure.
Transport 100% refund if cancelled 7 days in advance.
50% refund if cancelled 3 days in advance.
25% refund if cancelled 2 days in advance.
No refund if cancelled 48 hours before date / time of duty.
Hotels All hotels have different cancellation policy, hence cancellation policy shall be advised at the time of reservation.
We recommend and suggest to obtain health, accident, baggage lost or damage insurance policy prior to taking package tours.
